Qualifying items purchased from any National Thrift Stores are eligible for exchange within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
All items must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and all original tags must be attached to the item.
Unfortunately, no refunds are available as its is exchange only.
No exchanges will be given on undergarments, swimsuits, furniture, books/media, electronics, jewelry and clearance items
After our 50% off sales, all purchases are final sale.
Exchanges may be limited or declined at our discretion.
