HOW DO I DONATE?
Each National Thrift location accepts donations, where you can drop off your gently used

WHAT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED AS DONATIONS?
We accept clothing, toys, linens, books, housewares and shoes. For more information,

WHAT HAPPENS TO CLOTHING THAT DOES NOT GET SOLD?
In the event that we are unable to sell an item, we own our own grading facility, which then
goes to developing countries and also works with various recycling companies to ensure that
wherever possible an item is reused or resold in some way. We do everything possible to
keep items out of landfills
ARE THERE ANY INCENTIVES FOR DONATION?
Yes, as a thank you for your donations, you'll receive a $5 coupon off coupon* that can be
used towards your next purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
Qualifying items purchased from any National Thrift Stores are eligible for exchange within
seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. All items must be accompanied with
the original sales receipt and all original tags must be attached to the item.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, no refunds are available as its is exchange only.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE?
No exchanges will be given on undergarments, swimsuits, furniture, books/media,
electronics, jewellery and clearance items
WHEN ARE ITEMS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?
After our 50% off sales, all purchases are final sale.
Exchanges may be limited or declined at our discretion.
OTHER QUESTIONS
I HAVE MISPLACED MY RECEIPT. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN STILL DO AN EXCHANGE WITHOUT IT?
No, without the original receipt of the items purchased, we will not be able to process a
refund
IF TAGS ARE MISSING, AM I STILL ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
No. All original tags must still be attached to the item(s) when making a return.
WHAT IF I DON’T FIND ANYTHING TO EXCHANGE WITH?
Each store receives new items every day to make exchanges easier for you.
CAN THE STORE PROVIDE STORE CREDIT FOR MY EXCHANGE?
No, we only offer exchanges
